The 3-in-1 feature connects ordering, printing, and card payments in a single device. Less hardware, more functionality, and easier operation – all at your fingertips. Plus, you get full control over card payments thanks to the clear interface in the Adyen portal. 

1. Fill in the questionnaire 

The questionnaire serves as a basis for configuring the 3-in-1 feature to fit your operation perfectly.
 Please contact your sales representative to request it. 

2. Customize sales screens on your 3-in-1 terminal 

To work comfortably on the device, you’ll need to set up the screens first.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you. 

3.Install the Bonprinter App for Order Printing 

To print orders from the mobile device, you need to run the Bonprinter application on a PC connected to your printers. We will provide you with the app. Simply install and launch it—ideally, set it to start automatically when the computer boots (your IT team can help with that).

 A detailed installation guide is included in the folder with the Bonprinter app.

1. If needed, we will create a new Adyen account for you. 

2. We will configure your Adyen terminals based on your preferences – for example, printing QR codes on receipts, tipping options, access passwords, etc. All based on the completed questionnaire. 

3. In Vento, we will create two new payment types for you. Adyen Terminal and Adyen Terminal – Manual Entry. You can adjust these in Settings > Payment types. 

We recommend confirming the setup of new payment types with your accounting department to ensure proper transfer to your accounting software and to HotelTime.

4. We will ship your 3in1 devices to the specified address.
