In the new version Confero 1.7.0, we are expanding the options for color-coding reservations in the room plan. Let’s take a look at how it works.
1. Colours for Agents
We’ve introduced a new Agent function in Confero. You can now assign color elements to them.
How to create one? Easy. Go via Profiles - Companies, open the company detail, and check the option Agent.
Then go to System - Settings - Function room plan settings:
By clicking Add Style Element, you can assign specific colors to individual agents.
2. Colours for reservation states
It is now also possible to set colours for your custom reservation states.
Reservation states are defined via Settings → System → Reservation States. You can set the colors for reservation states via Settings - System - Function room plan settings.
Simply click below and assign the desired colours:
Agent colour settings always takes precedence over reservation state colours.
